Job Description
Tebra is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the strategic execution of Business Systems projects across various departments. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration, optimizing CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance processes, and driving seamless technical project execution.
  • Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Business Systems projects.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to align priorities.
  • Lead Steering Committee updates and executive reporting.
  • Oversee the deployment of Business System changes.
  • Identify risks proactively and optimize resource allocation.
  • Engage with executives and technical teams to drive alignment.
  • Implement financial forecasting and budget management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Program Management.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (CRM) and financial systems like NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, automation platforms (Workato), and data warehouse (Snowflake).
  • Proven experience in driving large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into non-technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, release management, and change management.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
