Job Description
BlueConic is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for driving growth by connecting with potential customers and showcasing the value of BlueConic's Customer Growth Engine. The BDR will be on the front lines, identifying customer pain points and positioning BlueConic as a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the initial point of contact for prospective BlueConic customers via various channels.
- Qualifying leads and preparing them for Account Executives.
- Conducting research on target accounts and decision-makers to create personalized outreach strategies.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and demand generation teams on creative campaigns.
- Maintaining pipeline and progress tracking in Salesforce.
- Experimenting and iterating on strategies to improve performance.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 6+ months of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Strong communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and curious approach.
- A genuine passion for helping customers achieve success.
- Interest in the impact of AI and data on the future of marketing.
- Comfort with a hybrid work model based in Mexico City.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong Engage, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus).
