Ernest Packaging Solutions is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager for their Avondale, AZ division. The Strategic Accounts Manager will maximize profitable sales growth by expanding within existing clients and identifying new opportunities. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, benefits, and a positive company culture.
Responsibilities: - Understands and emulates the Ernest culture of CURE in all accounts.
- Understands client needs and objectives to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrates knowledge of market conditions and access to resources.
- Focuses on actions and tactics that produce positive sales results.
- Demonstrates knowledge of clients’ business to formulate business strategies.
- Communicates effectively to support client needs.
- Establishes and executes an actionable sales plan.
- Engages Ernest resources inside accounts to demonstrate design capabilities.
- Sustains and grows assigned accounts.
- Works with Senior Design Specialists to promote new opportunities.
- Navigates internal processes.
Requirements: - Previous experience in B2B sales.
- Experience managing B2B accounts with a focus on growth and retention.
- Self-motivated with a high energy level and desire to achieve goals.
- Business acumen around sales forecasting, opportunity management, and client planning.
- Understanding of communication in today’s business environment.
- Ability to listen, gain trust, and bring closure to actions or sales.
- Ability to work and promote vendor relationships.
