Constant Contact is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for key product areas. The Principal Product Manager will lead a team of engineers to deliver impactful features aligned with the company's vision. This individual will use research and metrics to construct and defend ideas, communicate effectively with all audiences, and advocate for design excellence.

Role Involves:
• Strengthening customer retention through product enhancements.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple product areas.
• Proven track record of bringing B2B SaaS and SMB products to market.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product and engineering organizations.
• Experience leading multiple product areas concurrently.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, agile environments.
• Strong communicator with the ability to balance design and delivery.
• Ability to empathize with users and champion their needs.
