NextRoll is seeking a VP of Product to lead the Product team, reporting to the Chief Business Officer. The VP of Product will drive strategy, product innovation, and design for NextRoll's advertising technology. The role requires AdTech expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to innovate at the intersection of technology and design.NextRoll is open to candidates in San Francisco, New York City, or remote locations.
The role involves: - Developing and communicating a customer-centric product vision.
- Leading the creation of a product roadmap.
- Leveraging AI technologies and data-driven insights.
- Acting as a strategic partner to the executive team.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Partnerships teams.
- Shaping and executing a product strategy.
- Mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.
- Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
Requirements: - 12+ years of experience in senior product leadership roles in AdTech.
- Experience in AI technologies and their applications in advertising.
- Understanding of user experience design principles.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and manage complex product portfolios.
