Authentic is seeking a Brand Management Lifestyle APAC Summer Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the brand and business development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the licensing business and exposure to various functions within the licensing process. The intern will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to internal process improvements.
  • Develop an understanding of brand licensing fundamentals and industry best practices
  • Organize and maintain licensing files, digital assets, and documentation
  • Assist in managing the royalty reporting database and tracking partner submissions
  • Support contract compliance efforts, including preparing summaries and ensuring adherence to key terms
  • Communicate with licensing partners via email and calls to support ongoing projects
  • Compile and prepare internal reports, presentations, and market overviews
  • Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitor licensing programs, and potential partners
  • Assist in internal process improvements and documentation updates
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled university student
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Able to work onsite 2 days in our NYC office
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite
  • Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks
