Job Description
Radiant Security, a SF Bay Area Cyber AI startup, is seeking a Senior AI Applied Researcher to lead the development of AI-driven solutions for their customers. This is a hybrid position based in Pleasanton, California, requiring attendance in the office three times a week. The Senior AI Applied Researcher will be instrumental in building the 'brain' behind Radiant Security's product, focusing on AI Triage, Investigation, and Response. They will tackle challenges related to cost, scale, accuracy, and breadth, ensuring the product can operate effectively in diverse customer environments and automate various security use cases.
What this role involves:
- Leading the research and optimization of agentic flows to solve complex problems
- Performing PoCs using bleeding edge technologies to empower our product
- Building and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) service to improve the consistency and quality of our pipelines.
- Fine tune LLMs to optimize accuracy and cost
Requirements:
- An incredibly strong AI Applied Researcher with experience building complex AI applications.
- Experience with LLMs, Agents, RAG, NLP, ML algorithms
- Strong experience of leading research projects from PoC stage to production.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- A great communicator and team player.
