Fazz is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate for its Billfazz & Payments unit, specializing in B2B sales. The role focuses on market expansion and revenue growth within the Indonesian market. The Senior Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, conducting market research, and managing client onboarding.
What the role involves:
- Achieving revenue targets and contributing to business growth.
- Driving client acquisition through outbound sales for Billfazz and Payment products.
- Conducting market research to identify potential growth areas.
- Evaluating prospective clients and coordinating meetings.
- Overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
- Preparing and presenting reports to enhance strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communication, Business, or Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for the Financial Technology industry.
- Proactive with strong initiative and innovative ideas.
