Job Description

Founda Health is seeking a Sales Manager DACH to expand its presence in the DACH region. The Sales Manager will play a key role in commercial activities, working closely with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. They will guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful deal closure.

In this role, the Sales Manager will have the freedom to develop and implement strategic sales approaches, building long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers. They will represent Founda Health at industry events, manage complex tendering and bidding processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that every offer and contract meets high standards and values. The role involves:

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with at least four years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, and possess a strong network in the healthcare sector. Requirements include:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in sales or business development (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong network in the healthcare sector
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience with tenders, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and project management
  • Excellent communication skills
