Freelance Senior Product Designer (F/H)

Mirakl is seeking a Freelance Senior Product Designer to join their team. Mirakl is a leader in the platform economy, offering solutions that transform e-commerce for businesses. The Product Designer will collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive solutions for marketplace management and e-commerce. They will own the design process, applying user-centric design principles and experience in user journey and interaction design.

Role Involves:

• Collaborating with Product Management to understand context and user needs.
• Working with PMs and Designers on research, wireframing, UI Design, and prototyping.
• Testing designs with users and integrating feedback.
• Facilitating co-creation workshops.
• Following development to ensure design quality.
• Contributing to the Design System.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of experience in UX design for software, web, and mobile applications.
• Experience in B2B back-office design is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC).
• Team player with open-mindedness.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for product ownership.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and User Research experience.
• Good level of French and English.
• Knowledge in HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus.
