The Wellbeing Collective is seeking a Sr. Customer Supply Chain Manager to support Walmart and Club channels. This role involves optimizing customer supply chain support for brands like SmartyPants, Onnit, Welly, and OLLY. The Sr. Customer Supply Chain Manager will report to the VP of Walmart & Club.Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the primary supply chain contact for Walmart & Club.
  • Overseeing the order fulfillment process and addressing any issues.
  • Tracking and analyzing inventory levels.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of supply chain management or replenishment experience.
  • Strong Walmart experience, with Club channel experience as a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant supply chain systems and analysis tools.
  • Ability to navigate multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience managing external customer relationships within supply chain.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
