Job Description

SKUTOPIA, a fast-growing Australian Technology Driven third party logistics Company (3PL), is seeking an IT Support Technician. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to internal employees, members in the co-working space, and ensure tech equipment is operating within the robotic fulfillment center.

The role involves:

  • Providing first-line technical support via a ticketing system.
  • Assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Supporting users in accessing corporate email and collaboration tools.
  • Providing AV support for on-site meeting rooms and internal events.
  • Managing user onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Performing system administration tasks.
  • Managing assets, devices, and passwords.
  • Creating application training documentation.
  • Documenting support interactions and contributing to the knowledge base.
  • Escalating complex issues to external support.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Jumpcloud and Cisco Meraki is a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting support interactions.
