Crexi is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations to lead benefits, compensation, and people operations, overseeing HR systems, technologies, and analytics. The role involves collaborating with the People leadership team to build scalable rewards frameworks that drive employee engagement and retain top talent.
What This Role Involves:
- Leading and implementing innovative compensation and rewards programs.
- Overseeing base pay reviews, bonus plans, and equity grants.
- Ensuring salary ranges, job architecture, and pay equity are current.
- Conducting market pricing and competitive analytics.
- Overseeing benefits programs and wellness initiatives.
- Overseeing 401(k) plan administration and compliance.
- Managing relationships with brokers/vendors and negotiating renewals.
- Enhancing onboarding and offboarding programs.
- Leading compliance programs and ensuring adherence to employment laws.
- Overseeing HR systems and payroll processes.
- Managing the leave of absence program.
- Coaching and guiding the People Operations team.
Requirements:
