Litmus, a growth-stage software company, is seeking a Head of People Operations for its India operations in Pune. This role involves strategic leadership in end-to-end human resources, talent acquisition, and establishing a Global People Operations capability within the India-based GCC. The Head of People Operations will define and implement HR policies, drive organizational maturity, and foster an engaging and inclusive workplace culture in collaboration with the Corporate People Operations team.Responsibilities include:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage partners, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • HR Leadership & Strategy: Define and implement HR policies, develop HR strategy, and lead workforce planning.
  • Global People Operations: Establish a scalable PeopleOps framework and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management & Organizational Development: Design and implement performance management frameworks.
Litmus requires:
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of global HR operations and compliance with international labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Lattice, Rippling, and Greenhouse HRIS.
