Job Description

Litmus is seeking a Senior QA Test Engineer to join their team in Pune, India. This role requires a seasoned QA professional with a strong background in automated testing and quality initiatives. The Senior QA Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing test automation frameworks, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline, and exploring innovative tools and technologies to enhance productivity and test accuracy. Experience in the industrial software domain is highly valued.

• Designing and executing advanced automated test strategies.
• Establishing and optimizing test automation frameworks.
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Staying up-to-date on AI-driven testing methodologies.
• Applying knowledge of the industrial software domain to implement rigorous quality standards.
• Collaborating with development, product, and DevOps teams.
• Participating in research, evaluation, and integration of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to QA Testing Engineers.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of hands-on QA experience with a focus on automation testing.
• Expertise in frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of working in industrial software domains.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
