Job Description
Groupon is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its business partner base in Poland. The role involves proactively acquiring small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and helping them succeed through the Groupon platform. The candidate will be a key part of the team responsible for business development across Poland.
Responsibilities include:
- Actively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Presenting the Groupon platform as a unique opportunity to acquire new customers and enhance business visibility.
- Crafting proposals that meet the needs of business partners and Groupon clients.
- Gaining insights into various industries and identifying seasonal trends.
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets.
- Ensuring the highest quality standards of service and supporting partners throughout the collaboration process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional sales, business development, or client management for SMBs.
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships and conduct successful negotiations.
- Experience in independent client acquisition, including cold calling.
- Fluent in Polish; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to make quick decisions.
- Strong work ethic, responsibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
