CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Director to lead its Danish division in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and connections, and will be responsible for shaping the company's vision, driving operational expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability.

The role involves:

• Defining and executing strategy
• Leading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions
• Managing profit and loss
• Building a pool of partners
• Leading a team of 15
• Finding and attracting investment cases
• Leading investment deals
• Representing CVX at events

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
• Deep interest in venture capital and the startup environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
