CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to lead its Danish division in Copenhagen. The Commercial Director will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and connections, and will be driven, hands-on, and able to inspire a high-performance team.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Building a strong lead generation system.
• Driving sales and exceeding revenue goals.
• Hiring, developing, and leading a top-class sales team.
• Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve results.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.
• Collaborating with other leaders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
• Natural sales ability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
• High work ethic and a strong sense of urgency.
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership.
• People-focused with the ability to unite people.
• Effective communication skills at the management and board level.
• Ability to win trust from company leaders.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Network within the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred).
