Capital Development & Investor Relations Director

Job Description

Faropoint is seeking a Capital Development & Investor Relations Director to manage investor relationships and oversee the Investor Services department. The Director will collaborate with the Head of IL Capital Development and Investor Relations to execute fundraising strategies, deliver investor service, and contribute to the company’s success.Role involves:

• Developing and executing fundraising strategies.
• Overseeing the Investor Services department.
• Driving fundraising efforts by engaging potential investors.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong investor relationships.
• Leveraging market insights to enhance fundraising effectiveness.
• Providing regular updates on fundraising progress.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in capital development, fundraising, or investor relations.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with investors or family offices.
• Experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment management is a plus.
• Strong financial and market analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• High proficiency in CRM systems, financial modeling, and investor management tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
