Job Description
ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to ensure factories run efficiently. This role involves leading a team, performing expert-level maintenance, and improving equipment reliability. The Maintenance Technician Lead will document work, update records, and analyze data to optimize equipment performance.
Responsibilities: - Following safety policies and regulations.
- Communicating with the team to promote understanding of site actions and results.
- Driving day-to-day execution of team responsibilities.
- Documenting work performed in service reports and management systems.
- Performing expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance.
- Identifying and sourcing parts and supplies.
- Creating maintenance standards and instructions.
- Troubleshooting and analyzing complex control systems.
- Conducting on-the-job training and supporting technical development of the team.
Requirements: - High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Associates degree with a Technical focus and 12 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 15 years of experience in specific industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, specialized tools, and programming software.
