Job Description
Valon is seeking a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of major product areas. The Senior Product Designer will partner with product managers and engineers to clarify complex problems and deliver user-centered experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution and is ready to lead design for a core product area.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the UX and UI design for a core product area from discovery through delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap conversations through the lens of user experience
  • Provide feedback to peers and help elevate the overall craft of the design team

Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise environments
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction design, systems thinking, and problem-solving
  • Experience shipping and iterating on complex products end-to-end
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Practical communication skills for collaborating cross-functionally
