Arcesium is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Client and Partner Development team. This role is crucial for developing and qualifying opportunities within Private Markets.Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that solves complex data-driven challenges for financial institutions.   • Generate and qualify leads through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.
  • Develop an understanding of buyer personas and address their business issues and challenges.
  • Work with Sales Executives to drive engagement with key contacts and qualify opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent prospecting activity to achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Leverage and adapt email scripts and outreach sequences.
  • Use social selling techniques to attract and source leads.
  • Track activities in Salesforce.com and create weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish effective prospecting techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the target market.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience prospecting for Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with mid-high volume email/cold calling.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
  • Resourceful, independent problem-solver with the ability to contribute positively in a start-up environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time autonomously.
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot Sales Professional, Vidyard, and Zoominfo.
  • Experience prospecting to Private Markets or Hedge Fund accounts strongly preferred.
