Job Description
aCommerce is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to join their team in Bangkok. aCommerce is the leading ecommerce enabler in ASEAN, and this role involves working with key decision-makers of global brands to exceed their expectations and establish long-term relationships. The Business Development Manager will educate clients about the company's services to increase sales and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Role Involves:
- Managing the sales management process, including pipeline, account planning, CRM, and proposals.
- Ensuring successful and timely onboarding of customers within budget.
- Prospecting and pitching new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Conducting market research for new business opportunities and sales growth strategies.
- Setting up and monitoring commercial activities to meet sales budget targets and KPIs.
- Monitoring and reporting on the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships by understanding their objectives.
- Running commercial and trend analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Leading and coordinating with internal and external parties to achieve operation and sales targets.
- Creating agreement documents with clients.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience; e-commerce sales marketing experience is an advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business development, trading, retail, distributor industry, and/or logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, KPI-driven sales environment.
- Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good command of English skills.
