aCommerce is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and execute e-commerce strategies for clients in the FMCG/Beauty sectors. The Key Account Manager will serve as an extension of clients' businesses, ensuring proper management and execution of e-commerce strategies in social commerce on their behalf. This role involves developing, managing, and executing promotional and marketing campaigns, overseeing fulfillment execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Key Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, enabling a consistent social media presence and positive brand experience. They will collaborate with internal departments to deliver best-in-class end-to-end service execution and stay informed about industry developments and market trends.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing overall account profitability and customer budget.
- Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to resolve business issues.
- Advising clients on increasing online sales through merchandising and promotion planning.
- Managing inventory and providing analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in e-commerce, internet start-ups, or international brands (FMCG, retailer, or consulting).
- Experience in social commerce, online media, or marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Superior communication skills in English.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
