Associate Manager - Fulfillment

Job Description

A well-known company is seeking an Associate Manager - Fulfillment to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. The Associate Manager will be responsible for planning and managing resources to meet SLAs, leading pre-shift briefings, and ensuring team members adhere to company standards and SOPs. The role involves daily tracking of fulfillment performance, coordinating with 3rd party fulfillment, and consolidating information for daily operation meetings.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing resources to meet SLAs efficiently
• Leading and conducting pre-shift briefings
• Encouraging team members to align with company standards
• Supervising team members to strictly follow SOPs
• Daily tracking of fulfillment performance
• Following up with 3rd party fulfillment for daily operation issues
• Consolidating daily information from multi-portal for daily operation meetings
• Tracking packaging usage and inventory
• Managing ticket requests within SLA
• Performing daily audits with 3rd party fulfillment
• Providing weekly performance reports
• Onsite support with 3rd party fulfillment during campaign periods

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operation, preferably in an E-commerce B2C environment
• Good knowledge of warehouse and fulfillment activities (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management, and Return processes)
• Experience in Performance dashboard and database management
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to work under pressure with due date commitment
