Senior Specialist- Fulfillment

Job Description

The Senior Specialist- Fulfillment role is based in Bangkok, Thailand. The Sr. Operations Inventory Executive will be the main point of contact for the logistics needs of Inventory. S/he will be required to manage day-to-day operations of inventory, especially stock count, VRN, defective product, in accord with policies and procedures established by and under the direction of the inventory Manager. Role involves:

• Managing and monitoring day to day of inventory especially stock count,VRN,defective product, strictly on safety policy and company regulation to ensure the operations flow is smoothly and efficiency without a bottle neck.
• Leading, motivating team through effective & open communication to maximize customer satisfaction and team productivity.
• Effectively planning and scheduling the operations resources to meet and exceed internal and external services levels at all times.
• Creating a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the achievement of team goals.
• Ensuring compliance to Safety & Security, DG and Company policies and procedures.
• Documenting and tracking any failures/error including reporting on failure rates, causes, and preventable incidents.
• Assisting in training and coaching new and existing team members.
