Clinic Coordinator - Physical Therapist

Job Description

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinic Coordinator in Acton and Westford, MA. This role involves leading day-to-day operations of up to two clinics, ensuring growth, profitability, and high-quality care. The Clinic Coordinator will mentor a clinical team while managing their own patient caseload.Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one physical therapy sessions
• Developing individualized care plans
• Completing patient notes
• Attending case management meetings
• Supervising clinical staff
• Creating staff performance reviews
• Managing clinic schedules
• Overseeing facility maintenance

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a physical therapist in a senior therapy setting
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Knowledge of clinic KPIs, reporting, and analysis
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and/or Microsoft Word, Excel
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy
