Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate care at assisted living facilities in Westwood, MA. The Physical Therapist will empower the geriatric and senior population to regain strength, mobility, and independence. This role involves working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver care at assisted living locations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and gait training.
• Promote safety and fall prevention.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Document patient care services using EMR.
• Enhance professional growth through educational programs.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state license to practice PT.
• Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
• An interest in working with the senior population.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
