Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide compassionate care at assisted living facilities in Nashua, NH. The therapist will empower the geriatric and senior population to regain strength, mobility, and independence. Role involves:
• Evaluating patients to assess physical impairments.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering care at assisted living locations.
• Providing therapeutic interventions.
• Promoting safety and fall prevention.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educating patients and families.
• Documenting patient care services.
• Enhancing professional growth.

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state license to practice PT.
• Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
• An interest in working with the senior population.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
