Daybreak Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS) to join their team. This role involves empowering youth and transforming lives through flexible work arrangements. The LCSW-QS will provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
- Ensure compliance and ethical practice.

Requirements:
- Active, independent clinical license in Florida as a LCSW with "Qualified Supervisor” credentials.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
