Job Description
Daybreak Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping its analytics ecosystem. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for foundational infrastructure and strategic insight, supporting the transition to the new OASIS platform, enabling better decision-making across teams, and leading forecasting and reporting at scale. This role involves partnering closely with Product, Ops, and Engineering.
What this role involves:
- Acting as a strategic analytics partner to Operations and Product teams.
- Leading the maintenance and evolution of the modern analytics stack.
- Owning and continuously improving forecasting models for supply and demand.
- Supporting and optimizing advanced GSheets-based workflows.
- Translating complex business questions into clear, actionable analyses.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives that improve data infrastructure.
- Shaping the long-term vision for analytics at Daybreak.
Requirements:
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Extensive experience with Looker and LookML.
- Hands-on knowledge of dbt and the modern data stack.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience owning forecasting or planning models.
- Comfort with Python.
- A track record of independent ownership.
- Experience scaling data infrastructure.
