Job Description
Daybreak Health is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join its K12 Partnership Success Team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and rapid launches of new school districts, as well as contract renewals and expansions. The Implementation Project Manager will handle staff account creation, product configuration, secure file transfers, and milestone tracking. They will collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to keep launches on track and prioritize efforts for maximum impact.
Role Involves:
- Project management of school district launches
- Tracking milestones and flagging risks
- Technical onboarding and product configuration
- Collaborating with district IT teams on secure file transfers
- Serving as a technical expert for staff account creation
- Leading project management of special projects
- Keeping launch materials updated
Requirements:
- Project management experience with multi-step client implementations
- SAAS technical onboarding experience
- Client-facing support experience
- Startup orientation
- Proficiency in product configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret data and inform decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
