Cobalt is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join their innovative team. The Business Intelligence Engineer will transform data into actionable insights. The role involves leveraging expertise in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence tools to empower teams across the organization. The Business Intelligence Engineer's work will directly enhance decision-making capabilities, driving business performance and growth.

What This Role Involves:

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Designing and implementing robust data pipelines for accurate, timely analytics from multiple data sources.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into clear analytics solutions.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve business operations and customer experience.
• Ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and consistency through rigorous validation and quality checks.
• Documenting data processes, methodologies, and metrics definitions to promote transparency and consistency across teams.
• Staying updated with evolving BI tools, analytics methods, and best practices to enhance BI capabilities within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for querying and data analysis.
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for remote team collaboration.
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in leveraging data for continuous improvement and innovation.
