Job Description
Fay is seeking a Director of Communications to shape and amplify its voice and image. This role demands a strategic and creative individual capable of crafting authentic content and understanding diverse stakeholders. The Director will report to the CEO and will be instrumental in driving Fay's growth through effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve Fay's communications strategy.
  • Develop and execute high-impact campaigns.

  • Build and manage media relationships.

  • Track and analyze performance.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of communications experience, preferably in high-growth technology.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven media relations experience with top-tier media.
  • Command of communications, measurement, and analytics tools.
  • First principles thinker and contrarian.
  • Creative and scrappy attitude.
