Job Description

AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimize the loyalty program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling techniques, and experience in interpreting data to guide loyalty strategies.

The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, design visually appealing dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies. They will also mentor junior analysts and drive the strategic vision of the analytics team.

What this role involves:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from the loyalty program.
• Providing analytical support for special projects and initiatives.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Leading projects and driving the strategic vision of the analytics team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related data field.
• Strong experience in analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design (desired).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
