Job Description
LetsGetChecked is seeking a Head of Sales at NIMGenetics in Portugal. This role involves leading commercial activities, building relationships with healthcare institutions, and driving market growth. The Head of Sales will define and implement local sales strategies, engage with clients, and guide distributor teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing P&L and developing commercial strategies.
  • Identifying and engaging potential healthcare partners.
  • Supporting distributor sales teams.
  • Providing customer feedback to product and technical teams.
  • Preparing strategic plans and budgets.
  • Representing NIMGenetics at industry events.

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales within life sciences or healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of the Portuguese healthcare system.
  • Background in genetics, medical science, or biology is advantageous.
  • Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willing to travel regularly across Portugal.
