Job Description

Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to join their team in India. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using a diverse technology stack. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter excited about technology and continuous learning.

The Expert System Engineer will work with REST APIs to integrate various systems and tools. He will collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize multi-threaded applications.

Responsibilities:

• PowerShell and Python code development
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions
• Build and enhance web applications and automation scripts
• Work with REST APIs to integrate systems and tools

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Working knowledge in PowerShell, DevOps, Bash or Python
• Hands-on experience with Azure portal
• Experience with Windows, Linux, MS SQL, SQLite
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Jinja, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with Flask, Django, SqlAlchemy, Selenium, Pandas, PyAutoGUI
• Experience with Git, GitHub, Power Automate
• Core knowledge of REST APIs, Frontend and Backend Web Development, Automation, Multithreading, Microsoft Single Sign-On
