Job Description
The Director of GTM Technology at Tebra is a leadership role focused on the strategic vision and operational execution of the Go-To-Market (GTM) technology ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and revenue strategies through technology. This leader manages a team and drives sales-focused projects.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan for the GTM technology stack.
  • Leading deployment and optimization of AI sales technologies.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and technology solutions.
  • Driving GTM efficiency improvements.
  • Partnering with sales enablement to drive technology adoption.
  • Managing GTM technology selection, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales strategy.
  • Monitoring and analyzing GTM operations metrics.
  • Driving change management for technology adoption.
  • Following trends in technology and new solutions.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in sales, revenue operations, or marketing operations (SaaS preferred; B2B SMB a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, technology, and best practices, with experience managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Technical acumen with GTM technology expertise (Salesforce, Sales Engagement Technology, Analytics solutions).
  • Strong analytical/data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong project/change management skills.
  • Innovative/continuous improvement mindset.
