Job Description
The Director of GTM Technology at Tebra is a leadership role focused on the strategic vision and operational execution of the Go-To-Market (GTM) technology ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and revenue strategies through technology. This leader manages a team and drives sales-focused projects.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing a strategic plan for the GTM technology stack.
- Leading deployment and optimization of AI sales technologies.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and technology solutions.
- Driving GTM efficiency improvements.
- Partnering with sales enablement to drive technology adoption.
- Managing GTM technology selection, implementation, and maintenance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales strategy.
- Monitoring and analyzing GTM operations metrics.
- Driving change management for technology adoption.
- Following trends in technology and new solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in sales, revenue operations, or marketing operations (SaaS preferred; B2B SMB a plus).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, technology, and best practices, with experience managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Technical acumen with GTM technology expertise (Salesforce, Sales Engagement Technology, Analytics solutions).
- Strong analytical/data-driven decision-making skills.
