Job Description

CloudKitchens is seeking an energetic and goal-driven Account Manager to join their team. This role is based in the Toronto office, requiring in-person work five days a week to foster collaboration and innovation. The Account Manager will be responsible for new customer acquisition, driving engagement, retention, and maximizing the monetization of a growing portfolio of 100+ active operator accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting customers in optimizing their experience and extracting maximum value from CloudKitchens' products.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting high-quality outbound outreach to prospective customers.
  • Building and managing a robust customer pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring they understand the product's value.
  • Proactively managing a book of 100+ active customers.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and expand accounts.
  • Capturing customer feedback to improve product functionality.
  • Using analytics tools to interpret data and drive customer success.
  • Handling customer escalations and advocating for their needs.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer success, or account management is a plus.
  • Experience in the restaurant, food, SaaS, or tech industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working with data (Google Sheets/Excel) to track performance and drive insights.
