Retail Design Trainee

Job Description

Sprinter is offering an apprenticeship program to develop emerging talent. The Retail Design Trainee will support the Brand Retail Experience department, learning and participating in the development of concept stores. This includes interpreting plans and assisting in the supervision of construction, working with design, visual merchandising, and construction teams.Role involves:

• Supporting the reading and interpretation of 2D plans for 3D development.
• Collaborating in the creation of three-dimensional store models.
• Participating in the conceptual and narrative development (storytelling) of stores.
• Assisting in the review of planograms and elevations as part of the spatial design.
• Preparing visual ideas and proposals in 3D.
• Supporting communication with various teams such as Visual, Design, Works, Retail, and Brand Activation.
• Collaborating in the writing of briefings for suppliers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or similar.
• B2 level of English.
