Consumer Operations Specialist

Job Description

Blockchain.com is seeking a Consumer Operations Specialist to join their operations team in Vilnius. The successful candidate will support the financial backbone of consumer products by managing daily transaction flows, resolving complex payment issues, and improving internal processes.Role involves:

• Monitoring and processing fiat and crypto transactions.
• Investigating and resolving operational issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automate workflows.
• Documenting internal processes.
• Providing insight into payment flows and customer behavior.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, fintech, or support.
• Understanding of fiat payment systems and a basic grasp of crypto transactions.
• Strong analytical and SQL skills.
• Comfortable working with internal tools and handling sensitive financial data.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A proactive, team-first approach.
