Job Description
HoYoverse is seeking a Customer Experience and Product Operations Specialist to enhance the end-to-end customer journey. The ideal candidate will operate across functions, providing structure and driving initiatives to improve customer experience at scale.He/She will be responsible for:
  • Optimizing customer support workflows, systems, and tools.
  • Collaborating with product, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Leading initiatives involving automation and AI in the CX space.
  • Owning key operational projects from start to finish.
  • Advocating for the customer internally.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or related functions.
  • A proven track record of improving service operations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exposure to AI-based support tools and automation.
  • High learning agility and adaptability.
  • Background in tech, e-commerce, or gaming (preferred).
