HoYoverse is seeking a Customer Experience and Product Operations Specialist to enhance the end-to-end customer journey. The ideal candidate will operate across functions, providing structure and driving initiatives to improve customer experience at scale.He/She will be responsible for:
- Optimizing customer support workflows, systems, and tools.
- Collaborating with product, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Leading initiatives involving automation and AI in the CX space.
- Owning key operational projects from start to finish.
- Advocating for the customer internally.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or related functions.
- A proven track record of improving service operations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exposure to AI-based support tools and automation.
- High learning agility and adaptability.
- Background in tech, e-commerce, or gaming (preferred).
