WOO X, a global centralised crypto futures and spot trading platform, is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join their Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to empowering traders with seamless support, personalised guidance, and proactive solutions. This role bridges the gap between users and WOO X's products, ensuring an exceptional trading experience by addressing concerns, optimising engagement, and driving long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
• Providing timely and accurate information about the platform, services, and market trends.
• Troubleshooting and resolving clients' problems, ensuring a positive resolution and a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Developing and delivering educational materials to help clients understand platform features and best practices.
• Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a client success or customer support role in the crypto industry for at least 2 years.
• Experience with handling tech-related requests (e.g., API trading, checking backlogs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge about trading and familiarity with using popular crypto exchanges.
• Ability or willingness to work within LATAM business hours.
