Job Description

ARACHNEE PRODUCTIONS, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment France, is seeking an Assistant in Communication and Marketing. The role involves supporting the communication teams of ARACHNEE Productions, working under the supervision of the Head of Communication & Marketing within a team of 4 people.

Role Involves:

• Implementing marketing and promotional strategies for tours.
• Managing press relations, including photo accreditations and interview schedules.
• Monitoring marketing strategies and media partnerships for tours.
• Independently coordinating street marketing activities in the Paris region.
• Monitoring news related to artists and emerging trends.
• Creating and sending newsletters.
• Managing invitation requests for concerts.
• Attending Parisian productions to manage guest lists and create content.

Requirements:

• Passion for music and entertainment.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Operational level of English.
