Job Description
Cresta is seeking a Head of EMEA to establish and scale its presence in the region. This role involves defining and executing the EMEA go-to-market strategy, building a high-performance team, and securing early enterprise accounts. The Head of EMEA will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver Cresta's value to European customers.Responsibilities include:
  • Defining and owning Cresta’s EMEA go-to-market strategy.
  • Leading revenue-generating activities, including enterprise sales and channel strategy.
  • Driving high-value opportunities while building a regional team.
  • Building GTM infrastructure across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Representing EMEA customer needs internally.
Qualifications include:
  • 10+ years of experience leading go-to-market efforts in Europe.
  • Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the CX ecosystem.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
