Job Description
Cresta is seeking a Head of EMEA to establish and scale its presence in the region. This role involves defining and executing the EMEA go-to-market strategy, building a high-performance team, and securing early enterprise accounts. The Head of EMEA will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver Cresta's value to European customers.Responsibilities include:
- Defining and owning Cresta’s EMEA go-to-market strategy.
- Leading revenue-generating activities, including enterprise sales and channel strategy.
- Driving high-value opportunities while building a regional team.
- Building GTM infrastructure across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
- Representing EMEA customer needs internally.
Qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience leading go-to-market efforts in Europe.
- Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of the CX ecosystem.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
