CoreWeave, recognized as a TIME100 most influential company, is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Program Manager to join their Customer Success organization. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring communication and alignment. The Program Manager will manage client relationships and drive improvements for new and existing operational processes and tools.

Role Involves:
  • Managing client relationships.

  • Experience with supply chain and engineering teams.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing process workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and adaptability.
