Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Shift Coordinator to join their production team. The Shift Coordinator will be responsible for personnel planning and ensuring optimal shift staffing. The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel planning and a desire to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands.

Role Involves:

• Creating and maintaining shift schedules.
• Ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Adjusting shift schedules for changes.
• Collaborating with Production Managers.
• Managing time and attendance data.
• Resolving operational challenges.
• Ensuring communication between departments.
• Coordinating with the production team.

Requirements:

• Experience in shift planning and personnel deployment.
• Proficiency with personnel planning tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of responsibility.
• Ability to react quickly to changes.
• Knowledge of labor law.
• Completed training as a specialist in food technology or similar.
• Experience in a manufacturing company.
