LastPass is seeking a Head of Marketing Technology to lead and scale its marketing technology stack. The Business Technology team at LastPass aims to enable business growth through digital transformation, operational excellence, and outstanding experiences for employees and customers. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in high velocity B2C and B2B business models, expertise in software development and marketing tools, and a deep understanding of marketing operations.
Role Involves:
- Defining and executing the technical strategy for MarTech.
- Creating plans and strategies to support B2C and B2B marketing motions.
- Enhancing marketing campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Improving lead management and nurturing processes.
- Ensuring marketing automation tools provide clear, intuitive, and actionable information.
- Fostering strong partnerships across BizTech, Marketing Analytics, and Operations.
- Ensuring the MarTech stack complies with data privacy and security standards.
- Serving as a thought leader in the marketing transformation space.
- Leading and mentoring a global team.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing, integrating, and architecting MarTech stacks.
- Leadership experience in B2C & B2B marketing, lead & pipeline management, multi-touch attribution, email marketing, data strategy & governance, and system integration.
- Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe, 6Sense, Drift, etc), CRM (ex: Salesforce) and global enrichment platforms (ex: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, etc).
- Proven experience designing and implementing omnichannel customer journeys.
- Strong background in customer data platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech trends.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, customer segmentation, and analytics tools.
