Job Description
LastPass is seeking a Principal Product Manager to spearhead its Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. This role involves transitioning LastPass's consumer and business products into a PLG powerhouse, focusing on value attainment, conversion rates, and user engagement. The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to create delightful product experiences and develop a best-in-class monetization platform.
The role involves working with executives to translate business goals into a PLG strategy, defining the LastPass PLG roadmap, mentoring product managers, driving improvements across the user journey using data, and championing PLG product development best practices.
What this role involves:
- Work with executives and senior leadership to translate business goals into a product-led growth strategy
- Define the LastPass PLG roadmap
- Mentor a team of product managers
- Drive improvements across the user journey, using data to identify opportunities
- Champion PLG product development best practices with engineering and architecture teams
- Define key north star growth metrics and partner with data science teams
Requirements:
- Experience in product management
- Proven track record driving significant user and revenue growth in a leading B2B or B2C SaaS product portfolio
- Mastery of product management critical capabilities
- Hands-on experience working with core engineering teams
- A passion for collaboration and the ability to clearly communicate and evangelize across a dynamic organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Experience with growth modeling and quantitative analysis
- An expert with different growth models (freemium, free trial, flywheel)
