Job Description

Ketryx is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team in Boston. This role involves managing key accounts, building relationships, and closing new MedTech enterprise accounts to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology and a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigating complex procurement processes with multi-department stakeholders.
  • Orchestrating strategic sales cycles averaging 7-12 months with deal sizes of $300K+ annually.
  • Leading multi-threaded sales engagements across multiple departments within target accounts.
  • Partnering with sales engineering teams to deliver comprehensive technical demonstrations.
  • Developing territory-specific account strategies for named accounts in MedTech sectors.
  • Managing strategic relationships with key decision makers at companies transitioning from startup to enterprise scale.
  • Coordinating with legal and procurement departments throughout contract negotiations.
  • Executing land-and-expand strategies with initial implementations of $100K+.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years enterprise focused sales.
  • Proven experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and habits.
  • Proactive mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for healthcare technology.
  • Currently in the Greater Boston area or able to relocate immediately.
